Crepes.... a french dish , versatile, one can do anything with it.... And if one such thing falls in Anusha's hands, she is sure to experiment with it...
Ingredients:

Sugar(powdered) - 2-3 spoons (optional)
Chocolate spread/ Nutella -2 spoons
Method:
Ingredients:
Corn flour - 2 cups
Milk - 1 cup
Sugar(powdered) - 2-3 spoons (optional)
Chocolate spread/ Nutella -2 spoons
Method:
- Mix corn flour, milk and sugar. Beat it until you get a smooth paste, like dosa batter, without lumps.
- Heat a tava. Pour 1 tbspn of the mixture and spread it into a small circle like a dosa. Flip and let it cook both sides. (or) take a shallow pan , like a aapam pan, and pour 1 tbspn mixture into the pan and rotate the pan so the mixture flows into a thin sheet just like aapam.
- Now spread any chocolate spread or melted chocolate or go the easy way... nutella... :) on one side of the crepe and roll it.
Confessions:
- Use a non-stick tava. So that there is no need of oil/ghee. it just comes out smoothly like a sheet of plastic!
- You can make these crepes and store in stacks before hand and apply chocolate filling just before serving...
