Alright so here it is .... after a long gap... the yummiest sauce which can be used as a side for chocolate crepe in my previous post...
Ingredients:
Pistachios - 100 gms
Milk - 1 cup
Fresh cream - 2-3 tbspn
Sugar - 3-4 tbspn
Butter - 1 tspn
Method:

Sugar - 3-4 tbspn

Method:
- Ground the pistachios and make it into paste by adding 3 tspns of milk to it.
- Heat a pan. Melt the butter and saute the pistachio paste for a couple of minutes in low flame.
- Then add milk and sugar to it and mix well.
- Keep stirring until the mixture boils and then add fresh cream to it and switch off the stove.
Confessions:
- Adjust the ingredients more or less, to get the fine saucy consistency....
- Now I had coupled it up with crepe... but it can be just on its own... :)
